2025 Summer Conference Terms & Conditions

Conference Program Advertising:

• The sponsor acknowledges that the company’s name, logo, and other information printed in our conference program must be received by May 16, 2025, to be included. 
• All sponsorships must be paid in full 30 days prior to printing of event materials. 
• All sponsorships are sold on first-come, first-served basis. MDVMA reserves the right to assign sponsorships. 
• By submitting the Sponsorship Agreement form to the MDVMA, the sponsor understands and agrees to the provisions and terms and conditions as listed on this agreement and is authorized to execute this Sponsorship Agreement on behalf of their company. 

Cancellation Policy

• Vendors/Sponsors must cancel before May 16, 2025, for a refund, minus a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be given after May 16, 2025.

Payment Information

• Preferred payment methods: ACH or check made payable to MDVMA. Sponsorship is confirmed only after receipt of signed contract, payment, and review by the MDVMA.
• Sponsors may complete their sponsorship selection online and pay with a credit card or by check through the MDVMA website: www.mdvma.org/exhibit-or-sponsor.
